Did Meghan Markle attend Pippa Middleton's wedding? Prince Harry's girlfriend nowhere to be found at the ceremony

Updated

While all eyes were on Pippa Middleton as she married hedge fund manager James Matthews on Saturday, there was still one question on everyone's minds: Where's Meghan Markle?

The who's who of London society arrived at St. Mark's Church in Berkshire -- from Princess Eugenie to tennis pro Roger Federer -- ahead of the ceremony, but Markle was nowhere to be found. Prince Harry was spotted taking a walk with Prince William around the church's grounds before the ceremony, but there were no signs of Markle.

If you recall, the bride enforced a "no ring, no bring rule," meaning guests couldn't bring their significant other unless they were either engaged or married. However, some speculated that Pippa would make an exception for the "Suits" actress, whose own proposal could be coming very soon!

A source told E! News earlier this week that Meghan and Harry planned to enter the church through a side entrance as to not put the attention on them.

"Right now Harry and Meghan are leaning towards not wanting to attract extra attention, especially on a day that's not about them," the source said. "It takes the pressure off."

So while we didn't see Meghan arrive at St. Mark's Church, she could've very well been inside without the paparazzi knowing.

Original reports revealed that while Meghan didn't get an invite to the ceremony, she will be attending the reception, which will be held in a state-of-the-art glass marquee in the Middletons' garden, later today.

Markle, 35, was last seen on Friday exiting a London spa for some last-minute pampering before joining her beau at Pippa's wedding, so though she may not have been invited to the church ceremony, she'll definitely be next to Prince Harry at the reception!

While fans were a bit disappointed at the lack of any Meghan sightings at the ceremony, there were enough gorgeous photos of Pippa to make up for it. The bride looked gorgeous in a custom-made Giles Deacon gown (Kendall Jenner is among the designer's biggest fans), which featured the same fitted style as the dress she wore in 2011 for her older sister's wedding.
