Believe it or not, there are a fair amount of stars NOT at Cannes Film Festival!

While celebs are out and about in Cannes, the rest of Hollywood has been busy hitting the red carpet at numerous big events -- from all the Upfront events to the major movie premieres.

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" premiere attracted some hot names with even hotter fashion. Lindsey Vonn was the ultimate cutout queen in a sexy one-shoulder black frock, while Becky G raised the temps in a white mini dress with a plunging neckline.

"Jane the Virgin" star Gina Rodriguez went braless in a floral frock for CW's Upfront event, while the Khloe and Kim Kardashian stole the show at NBC's earlier this week.

But it was LeAnn Rimes who rocked one of the most gorgeous styles this week -- she was a vision in a white floor-length gown with a dramatic train. Work it girl!
