Serena Williams drops jaws with insane flexibility in new pre-match footage
As if we needed another reason to want to be Serena Williams, the tennis legend went ahead and outdid herself on Instagram on Thursday.
The 35-year-old posted some throwback footage from a tennis tournament in Rome from a couple years ago on Thursday that shows off her extreme flexibility during a pre-match ritual. Warning: The footage will make you wish you were as flexible as Serena, but you probably never will be.

"This week is the one of my fav tournaments in Rome," she captioned the impressive clip. "Obivs I am not there but check out my pre Rome warmup a couple years ago. It's one of my favs."
The video shows Williams in a hallway waiting for a match as she stands on her hands and walks back and forth, bending and twisting her body in ways we didn't know were possible. At one point, she comes this close to twerking for the camera, but restrains herself with a smile.
Of course, Williams probably isn't this flexible right now as she's pregnant with her first child! The fashion designer accidentally announced her surprise pregnancy on Snapchat last month and is expecting her baby with fiancé Alexis Ohanian in the early fall.
She's been showing off her growing baby bump on social media since the announcement in a variety of gorgeous maternity styles that give her friend, fellow expectant mother Beyoncé, a run for her money.
