Celebrity wedding planner Lisa Vorce chimes in on Pippa Middleton's 'no ring, no bring' policy

Updated

Pippa Middleton is in a pickle with her 'no ring, no bring,' rule for her upcoming wedding this weekend, but celebrity wedding planner Lisa Vorce tells AOL.com Entertainment that it isn't easy to make special rules for special guests. That being said, she has no problem with Middleton giving Prince Harry a free pass in order to bring his new ladylove, Meghan Markle.

"I did read that [she had that policy]– and that is so tough. If you are already at max guest capacity, I do like that policy, because it doesn't discriminate. In other words, you aren't letting one friend bring a date and not the other. That being said, I believe Pippa is letting Prince Harry bring his date – and I'm all for Prince Harry getting special treatment!

Vorce, who has put together weddings for stunning celebs like John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, knows a thing or two about putting together dreamy, star-studded events, and she said she's hoping that Pippa Middleton will pull out all the stops when it comes to a dreamy day.

Vorce, who recently partnered with Ralph Lauren Collection Fragrances, said that creating the dream day is all about paying tribute to timeless traditions.

"The British are so fantastic with traditions and with royal elegance. Though Pippa is not a royal, I do hope she takes some inspiration from her older sister's wedding! I would love to see long feasting tables with striking runs of florals. Post-reception, I do hope they break with royal tradition, and are able to get down to a really good band or great DJ!"

Based on all the fun parties Pippa has attended in the past, we bet she'll take Vorce's advice and enjoy herself on her big day.
