"The Duke and Duchess are delighted to share a new photograph of Princess Charlotte to mark her second birthday tomorrow," Kensington Palace tweeted on Monday along with the adorable photo of Charlotte wearing a yellow button-up sweater with blue lambs on it.

According to NBC News, the photo was actually taken by Charlotte's mother, Kate Middleton, at their country home in Norfolk, England, last month. Clearly, Kate has some major photography skills, because the photo is absolutely stunning.

"Their royal highnesses would like to thank everyone for all of the lovely messages they have received, and hope that everyone enjoys this photograph of Princess Charlotte as much as they do," the Palace said in an additional statement.

Charlotte is looking more and more like her father, Prince William, in the photo as she smirks for the camera, though she is also channeling her gorgeous mom with her growing brown locks.

The princess' older brother, George, will turn 4 later this year, in July.
