Take a look inside this Italian villa that Hollywood's biggest stars keep on coming back to

Party like a rockstar -- or close to one at least!

Stars during the Golden Age of Hollywood let loose like no other. Surprisingly, one of their favorite spots, Villa d'Este, is actually located thousands of miles away from Los Angeles.

The immaculate estate, which sits on world-famous Lake Como, has welcomed legendary names like Bette Davis and Clark Gable. Alfred Hitchock was also a fan of the hotel and visited many times throughout his life.

Villa d'Este housed religious leaders and local politicians when it was first constructed in the 1500s. A few centuries and renovations later, it turned into a favorite of Hollywood's elite -- and that still holds true today. In fact, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend stayed at the palatial hotel when they tied the knot back in 2013.

Just by looking at the photos of the resort, which looks like it's straight out of a Disney princess movie, you understand why stars keep coming back. The well-manicured lawns, marble floors and that incredible view of Lake Como is clearly reason enough for celebs to drop a pretty penny on a room, which can cost anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000 a night.
