Britney Spears hits the gym for strength training -- in a tiny crochet bikini
This is one workout trend that should probably stay in Hollywood.
Britney Spears just posted a gym vid on Instagram, and she looks incredible from head to toe -- which we know for sure because she's wearing a bikini! Come on Brit, that can't be comfortable on the treadmill. (But if anyone can pull it off...)
The pop star ditched her standard sports bra in favor of a tiny white crochet bikini top. It's definitely cute, but we have to say, it's more suited for Coachella than the gym!
Training keeps me motivated and inspired... but I'd rather be dancing 😉💃

Britney often shares videos of herself training in the gym. She usually showcases her strengths while wearing a much more gym-appropriate outfit, whether she's lifting weights or doing yoga.
