Charlie Sheen reveals other Hollywood stars are HIV positive: 'I know who they are'

Charlie Sheen doesn't really have a filter when it comes to most things ... but there's one thing he's keeping mum about.

The "Two and a Half Men" star stopped by the "The Kyle & Jackie 'O' Show" on Wednesday and got candid about his battle with HIV.

"Do you think there are more people in Hollywood that have HIV that wouldn't dare come out and say it like you did?" host Jackie O asked.

Sheen revealed he knows who they are, but he's not saying any names: "There are, and I know who they are, but I will take that to my grave."

Back in 2015, Charlie revealed he was HIV positive. Since then, he has publicly spoken out about his bout with the disease, including the "miracle drug" he is taking to keep him healthy.

The 51-year-old star also took the time to blast his former "Two and a Half Men" co-star Jenny McCarthy for her reaction back when his diagnosis became public.

"She's like, 'I kissed him! I touched him!' And I was like, 'B--ch! Your math sucks, I didn't have it then!'"

Charlie then changed gears to another interesting topic -- Lindsay Lohan. The "Mean Girls" star filmed a cameo for his show "Anger Management" in 2013.

He recalled the strange day, revealing that Lindsay must've had a wild night out before filming began because she was puking all day long: "We had this garbage bin on the set and the crew and cast named it the 'Lindsay' bin because she was puking into it."

After filming wrapped, he invited her over to his house -- and things got strange.

"Either I outdrank her, or she outdrank me, and all I know is, she tucked me into bed and said, 'Sleep well, sweet prince."'

What?!

And if you were wondering ... Charlie denies any frisky business between her and Lohan that night. Suuuure.
