Reese Witherspoon is interested in doing a 'Legally Blonde 3': 'She could be a Supreme Court justice!'

We're feeling a sudden influx of endorphins -- "Legally Blonde 3" could very well happen!

This week on The Late Late Show, James Corden asked Reese Witherspoon an extremely important question: "Luke Wilson was here recently ... and said he would be interested in another 'Legally Blonde' movie. Is this something you would be interested in?"

"Yeah -- yeah, I would!" Witherspoon replied. "I think it would be kind of cool to see her 15 years later. Like, what's she doing now?"

The two, along with "Scandal"'s Tony Goldwyn, began openly pitching ideas. Goldwyn suggested a Kellyanne Conway parallel, but let's be real -- Kellyanne Conway is no Elle Woods.

"People like Elle Woods," Witherspoon half-joked. Instead, "She could be a Supreme Court justice!"

Although Witherspoon can't fully commit to a film that's not even in development, she did agree to join Corden in a musical revival on his own show.

"Which one of us plays Elle Woods?" she asked.

Corden replied, "I think we all know."
