Cooking star Auntie Fee, 59, on life support after suffering heart attack

Felicia O'Dell, better known as Auntie Fee, is on life support after suffering a heart attack. The YouTube cooking sensation is 59 years old.

O'Dell was rushed to the hospital after experiencing chest pain on Tuesday. She was reportedly ill over the weekend. Although some outlets have confirmed her death, TMZ maintains that she's still currently "fighting for her life."

YouTube

A Los Angeles native, O'Dell quickly amassed a devoted online fanbase after posting her video tutorial for "Auntie Fee's Sweet Treats for the Kids," which racked up 500,000 page views in its first 24 hours. At 4.5 million views, it's still her most popular video, followed by "How to feed seven people with just $3."

The videos typically focus on cooking on a budget, but it's O'Dell's humor and flair that add a special touch. She's as loved for her upbeat energy as she is for her great food.

We're hopeful for her full recovery.
