Disgusted Justin Bieber slams fan who wanted a photo: 'You make me sick'

PSA: Justin Bieber was serious about that no-photos rule. And if you dare to ask, don't expect a pleasant encounter.

The singer, who proclaimed last year that he'd no longer agree to fan photos, was signing autographs in Melbourne this week when an excited fan pulled out her phone for a snap.

"Look at you," Bieber said coolly. "You make me sick."

The fan, later identified as 20-year-old Sebah Helal, seemingly apologized but still persisted.

"Look at your respect level," Bieber said as he sucked on a lollipop before slipping into his car.

According to Helal's mother, the embarrassing encounter left her daughter distraught: "My daughter was bawling her eyes out," she said. "She was dying to meet him, and then he humiliated her."

Bieber publicly denounced fan photos in an Instagram announcement last May, writing, "If you happen to see me out somewhere know that I'm not gonna take a picture I'm done taking pictures," he wrote on Instagram. "It has gotten to the point that people won't even say hi to me or recognize me as a human, I feel like a zoo animal, and I wanna be able to keep my sanity."

Despite this declaration, the star has been photographed mingling with fans who have cameras. It's unclear if he typically responds so harshly when they ask for photos.

Bieber recently completed the Australian leg of his "Purpose" tour and is now headed to South America.
