Ed Sheeran recently opened up about his experience touring with Taylor Swift in a revealing new profile in Rolling Stone.
The "Shape of You" singer opened up for his friend on her Red Tour back in 2013 and 2014 for 66 stops after they had written her album cut "Everything Has Changed" together.
After performing the song together on stage and on days off, Sheeran would let loose with Swift and her famous group of girlfriends. Contrary to tabloid headlines at the time, Sheeran and Swift were never romantically involved ("I found that aspect quite lazy journalism," he said of the rumors. "There wasn't any truth to it whatsoever."), but that doesn't mean he didn't hook-up with any of her friends.

"Taylor's world is celebrity," he told Rolling Stone. "I was this 22-year-old awkward British kid going on tour with the biggest artist in America, who has all these famous mates. It was very easy. [...] I would often find myself in situations just kind of waking up and looking over and being like, 'How the f-ck did this happen?'"
As the article points out, one of those friends may have been singer Ellie Goulding, who Sheeran reportedly wrote his hit song "Don't" about.
Goulding vehemently denied that she ever dated Sheeran, though. "I was never in a relationship with Ed," she told Elle UK in its July 2015 issue. "I have absolutely no idea where that came from and why it was turned into such a big thing."
Otherwise, there aren't many clues as to which of Swift's friends Sheeran could've been alluding to in the Rolling Stone profile.
