New President Trump-inspired dating show is in the works

People have been really divided over Donald Trump and his politics, with couples breaking up and even divorcing because of opposing views.

Now people are working on a dating show to try to bridge that gap based on the dating site Trumpsingles.com.

It's a real site and over 40,000 people have joined. I mean, what's more important than bonding over fear of immigrants and your favorite Borscht recipes?

The brainchild of this idea is David Goss, who started trumpsingles.com.

The concept hasn't been finalized yet, but it'll be a competition show like the Bachelor or Finding Prince Charming and will obviously have something to do with politics.

Apparently it won't be limited to people from trumpsingles.com after Goss told the Hollywood Reporter, "we would love to create a show that can show different people's positions and possibly bring them together."

That may be a little hard to pull off seeing as the country is so polarized, but if they can get people to fall in love despite those differences, it'll be a welcomed surprise. After all, love trumps hate.
