Remember Tahj Mowry from 'Smart Guy' and 'Sister Sister'? He's all grown up -- and super hot

It's a bold statement, but try and challenge it: Tahj Mowry was the cutest child star of the 1990s.

If the name doesn't sound familiar, you'll know him by his face! The adorable actor was only five years old when he landed a role as Michelle Tanner's BFF Teddy on "Full House." And before he hit double digits, he'd snagged the lead role on "Smart Guy" as whiz kid T.J. Henderson. Here, maybe these will jog your memory:

Now he's all grown up -- like, so grown up that he's snuggling his own baby nephews! Tahj's sisters are actresses Tia and Tamera Mowry, who both have kids of their own. Here's Tahj with Tamera's son Aden:

He doesn't have kids of his own, but he's busier than ever: Now 33, the Hawaii-born hottie is a college grad who starred on Freeform's "Baby Daddy" a few years back.
