Michael J. Fox appeared at the 89th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday night to present the award for Best Editing alongside fellow actor Seth Rogen.

The star looked happy and healthy amid his continuing battle with Parkinson's disease, which he was diagnosed with back in 1991. Earlier in the night, Fox had walked the red carpet with his wife Tracy Pollan.

During the pair's presentation of the award (which went to "Hacksaw Ridge"), Rogen and Fox shared a playful moment following a video package in which Rogen shared his love for Fox's film "Back To The Future."

After the star-studded crowd gave Fox a standing ovation, Rogen hilariously joked, "I'm going to pretend that applause was for me, even though it was not."

"Some of it was for you," Fox responded knowingly.

"What do you think, 30 percent of it was for me?"

After pausing for a moment, Fox responded again, "Some of it was for you!"

Before ultimately presenting the award for Best Editing, the pair then randomly delivered a short duet of "The Schuyler Sisters" from Hamilton.
