The cutie only just got braces a few weeks ago -- his dad, Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline, posted a photo announcing the big news: "Lookin like a champ!"
Spears often shares photos of Sean and 10-year-old Jayden James, but it's still wild to see just how much they've grown over the years. It wasn't so long ago that the pop star was pushing her boys in strollers!
There's no question the boys inherited their mom's looks, but more importantly, they have big hearts: Sean even won the adorable "Best Encourager" award in school.
