Hannah Jeter models for 2017 SI Swimsuit Issue after learning she was pregnant -- see the hot pics!

Hannah Jeter's 2017 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue appearance will be more memorable than she probably originally thought!

The 26-year-old model posed for her fifth SI Swimsuit magazine just weeks after learning that she's expecting her first child with baseball legend Derek Jeter. She showed off her jaw-dropping baby bod in a series of skimpy bikinis while in Mexico.

We don't know if its all that Mexico sun or that pregnancy glow, but either way Hannah looked absolutely stunning!

In one shot, the momma-to-be rocked a super tiny sequined gold bikini with a body chain while standing on the beach.

Another photo featured the supermodel in a more colorful two-piece (but just as teeny) while she seductively posed on a colorful bench. She wore stunning jewelry around her neck and ankles. Her long, golden tresses were in seductive bombshell waves in both snapshots.

Hannah revealed she was eating for two in a touching post on The Players' Tribune just one day before Valentine's Day. She included a sweet snap of Derek holding a bunch of pink balloons, ultimately revealing the gender of their bundle of joy!

"The only way to maintain some sort of privacy — to be together, just the two of us — was to stay in," she admitted.

She then went on to reveal that she finally "got it" during his last game as a Yankee. Now, Derek has a new job -- becoming a dad! And while she did marry one of the greatest baseball players of all time, Hannah kept it coy about whether she'd want the same for her future kiddos.

"If they want to play baseball, well, we're gonna have a little talk first," she revealed.
