Hollywood's biggest stars bared major flesh despite the very low winter temperatures.

Ali Larter got risky with cutouts at the Los Angeles premiere of "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter," while Jennifer Lopez and Vivica A. Fox showed off their cleavage at the launch of the singer's shoe collaboration.
