Mary Tyler Moore hospitalized and extremely ill

Mary Tyler Moore has been hospitalized and she is reportedly in very grave condition.

Sources close to the family tell us her condition is so grim family members are coming to the hospital to say goodbye, TMZ reported. The TV icon's long battled diabetes, and she underwent brain surgery in 2011.

Moore is reportedly suffering from multiple health conditions currently. Additional details from her family are not available at this time.

Moore starred in both "The Dick Van Dyke Show" and "The Mary Tyler Moore Show."
