Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara have reportedly 'found love' with one another

Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara are reportedly an item after "they found love on the set" of their upcoming film "Mary Magdalene," Page Six reports.

The pair, who have also starred together in "Her" and the upcoming "Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far on Foot," have allegedly been "holed up together in the desert" for a while.

They're apparently so infatuated with one another that they even skipped last week's Golden Globes in Beverly Hills, where Mara's film "Lion" was nominated for four awards.

The site also notes that Phoenix and Mara were photographed hanging out more than a few times off set during filming last year in southern Italy. Phoenix's rep denied the rumors and said they're "just good friends."

The "Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" actress has been in a six-year relationship with Charlie McDowell, but the couple hasn't been publicly seen together since the summer.
