Gwen Stefani is ready to move on.
The 47-year-old singer is getting ready to say goodbye to the Beverly Hills mansion she shared with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, listing the property for $35 million after taking it off the market last fall.
Stefani purchased the 12,000-square foot home with Rossdale in 2006. The couple split in August 2015, and the Voice coach started dating Blake Shelton just a few months later, in November. Stefani and Rossdale's family home is now listed with Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency.
The seven-bedroom, 11-bath estate comes with just a few perks, including an infinity pool, playground, chicken coop, lighted tennis court, and expansive outdoor living spaces. The pad's master suite boasts two full bathrooms and two separate dressing areas.
Though Jennifer Lopez called the place home from 2000 to 2004, the gated mansion has Stefani's mark all over it, from the kitchen's graphic stripes, to the colorful living area, which features a hot-pink sofa.
While Stefani gets ready to pack up her boxes, Rossdale's already made the move -- to a $7.6 million mansion in Study City, California.
