Kim Kardashian breaks her silence on Instagram three months after Paris robbery

Kim Kardashian is back!

The 36-year-old entrepreneur posted her first photo on Instagram since being robbed in Paris on Oct. 3, or exactly three months ago to the day.

The adorable, slightly blurry shot shows Kardashian West with her immediate family: Husband, Kanye West, and her two children, North and Saint.

"Family," she simply captioned the photo.

Kardashian hadn't previously announced any comments about when she would return to social media, leaving media and fans alike in the dark about her plans for her future. Her return was largely thought to be inevitable, though, as her public persona has leaned heavily on social media in recent years.

In the three months since being robbed at gunpoint during Paris Fashion Week, Kardashian's family has endured a slew of other major moments. Her husband suffered an alleged mental breakdown and was hospitalized for eight days in November, her brother, Rob, welcomed his first child with Blac Chyna and sister, Kourtney, allegedly rekindled her on-and-off romance with Scott Disick.
