Debbie Reynolds has reportedly been hospitalized.

The 84-year-old actress suffered a possible stroke on Wednesday, according to TMZ.

According to the website, Reynolds was rushed to the hospital via ambulance after her family made a call to 911 to report a possible stroke. She was at her son, Todd Fisher's, Beverly Hills home reportedly making plans for her daughter, Carrie Fisher's, funeral services.

Carrie Fisher died on Tuesday after going into cardiac arrest on a flight from London to Los Angeles. Fisher stabilized over the weekend, but went into another cardiac arrest on Tuesday and passed away. She was 60 years old.

Reynolds most recently reflected on her daughter's passing in a post on Facebook on Tuesday.

"Thank you to everyone who has embraced the gifts and talents of my beloved and amazing daughter," she wrote. "I am grateful for your thoughts and prayers that are now guiding her to her next stop."

News of Debbie Reynolds' current condition is still unknown. Story developing.
