Jennifer Lopez is a mover and shaker, even when she's not onstage.

Over the weekend, Lopez's longtime pal, Loren Ridinger, sneakily shared a video on Instagram of the 47-year-old triple-threat star booty dancing while at Casa Tua in Miami, Florida. "Stop it!" Lopez exclaims when she realizes her friend is recording her.

J.Lo didn't seem to mind being caught on camera as she reposted the dance video, writing: "I gotta start watching this one..."

The friends had quite the girls' night out as Ridinger also shared a bathroom selfie with her famous pal, and another pic that she captioned: "Thelma and Louise."

The long weekend was full of dancing for Lopez. On Thanksgiving, she posted a video of her busting a move. "Me when I first saw the turkey!!" she wrote.
