Sylvester Stallone's 3 daughters named Miss Golden Globe 2017

The Stallone sisters are the latest Hollywood royalty to take on the role of Miss Golden Globe.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association revealed on Thursday that Sylvester Stallone's daughters, Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet Stallone, will be Miss Golden Globe for the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards show.

This is the first time that a trio will take on the role, which is traditionally the child of an actor or actress well-respected in Hollywood. Previous Miss Golden Globes include Corinne Foxx, daughter of Jamie Foxx; Greer Grammer, daughter of Kelsey Grammer; Sosie Bacon, daughter of Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick; Francesca Eastwood, daughter of Clint Eastwood and Frances Fisher, and more.

"For the first time in Golden Globe history, we have proudly selected not one but three Miss Golden Globe representatives. The Stallone sisters will continue our time honored tradition of handing out the statuettes at the awards ceremony," said HFPA President Lorenzo Soria in a statement. "Each of the lovely young women in the triad have had success whether it be in academics, sports or pursuing a modeling career. With being raised by such role models Sylvester and Jennifer, we can't wait to see what the future has in store for these ladies."

They will assist presenters in handing out the awards during the Golden Globe Awards ceremony, which will air Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017 from the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon is hosting. Golden Globe-winner Meryl Streep will be honored at the ceremony with the 2017 Cecil B. DeMille Award.
