MTV EMAs 2016: Red carpet arrivals

Some of the world's hottest stars stepped out for the 2016 MTV European Music Awards on Sunday night in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

DNCE, model Jourdan Dunn, Shawn Mendes, The Weeknd and more huge names were in attendance at the perennial European music awards, and their fashion choices definitely turned a lot of heads.

Dunn in particular looked absolutely stunning in a sheer gown, which she rocked without a bra and left very, very little to the imagination in.

DNCE continued their streak of over-the-top style, while Shawn Mendes kept it simple (again) in an all-black getup.

Though some of our favorite stars were in attendance, there were also a lot of notable absences from the night's biggest winners like Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, who weren't there.
