Internet superstar Joey Graceffa has conquered YouTube and now he's now conquering the bestseller lists with his new novel, 'Children of Eden.' The fiction novel is Graceffa's second book -- the first was his self-titled memoir, 'In Real Life: A Story To My Pixelated World'.

AOL.com had a chance to talk to Graceffa at New York Comic Con this year about his new book, promotional tour and his future plans to conquer Hollywood.

The main character, Rowan is such a fighter. Do you relate to her at all? Do any of the characters take any intricacies from you?
I think so -- with Rowan a lot. We both question a lot. She questions the government and what is actually being shared with us an I guess questions laws. I mean, I guess I can kind of relate that to it being ga and you know a lot of gay issues are us trying to get equality and so I think for her being a second child and not feeling as if she is an actual human being. I think on some level we can relate on that a little bit and just trying to make a change.

This is your second book. How does the creative process of creating 'Children of Eden' differ from your first?
This one is a lot more fun. The first one was a memoir, so it was all about my life. So it's not like I can make up stuff -- it's stuff that happened that was just kind of going back and reliving these happy and sad moments in my life. But this one was so much fun just because I got to create this whole world and I got to decide the choices that the characters make and where I wanted everything to go and just imagine. I imagine things visually so I just pictured things in my head and just have it come to life -- it's incredible.

How is it to see that? All of this creation came from your brain and see it on bookshelves and see it come to life?
I mean, it was scary at first but now that I hear the response and everyone loves it, it's exciting and I'm so happy. I've been on the road and stuff so I haven't been able to talk to people to like, really get a sense of like their questions, their thoughts and their theories. I'm so excited to finally sit down and do but it's been really freaking crazy and cool to see this type of fictional story out there and people liking it.

Anything else new on the horizon for you?
Right now, I think once the book tour is over, it's just really trying to make this made into a movie and then working on season 2 of my web series, Storytellers.

You mentioned that you would love for 'Children of Eden' to get turned into a novel. What kind of role would you want to play in the movie? Behind the scenes or do you also want to feature in an acting role, as well?
I would love to do both. I want definitely to be involved as I can. I know sometimes the authors they don't really have too much input when movies get made I think there are some cases where they'll allow it. I hope, however, I can get as involved in this as I can be. I would love to play the character Ash who plays Rowan's twin brother.

Its sounds like you are just non stop right now with your book tour and promotion. How do you calm down?
I don't know. It's all fun stuff to me. It's all things that I love to do. It's never like stuff that I'm dreading to do and I have people that help me so it's not all just on my head, shoulders. I have a great team.
