Paramount has released a new trailer for Allied, which sees Pitt ordered to execute his own wife, a potential German spy.

Robert Zemeckis' WWII romance-thriller stars Pitt and Marion Cotillard as intelligence officers who fall in love and start a family, but run into marital trouble when the war breaks out in London.

Jared Harris, Lizzy Caplan, Simon McBurney and Matthew Goode are also featured in the film. Steven Knight wrote the script and serves as an executive producer, along with fellow EPs Jack Rapke, Patrick McCormick and Denis O'Sullivan.

Allied hits theaters Nov. 23.
