Matt Damon crashes Jimmy Kimmel's Emmys hosting gig

It looks like Matt Damon got the last laugh!

Jimmy Kimmel and Matt Damon have been feuding since the third season of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" when Kimmel off-handedly ended a bad show by saying sorry to Matt Damon for bumping him off the episode and claiming that they simply, "ran out of time" and most recently for not allowing him to join his Oscar after-show, to which Damon decided to show up anyways underneath Ben Affleck's jacket.

But at the 2016 Emmy Awards, Matt Damon put the ball right back in his corner by walking on-stage to surprise Kimmel, who was hosting the show. He kicked off his sketch by asking Kimmel if he won the recent Emmy Award for Best Variety show.

Sadly, Kimmel lost out to John Oliver.

Damon quipped, "You know that makes a lot of sense but you must be really bummed out. You're not going to get a trophy. You're a loser."

Kimmel nearly lost it after Damon told him that he had Oliver in his pool all along to win the category. Damon turned to the crowd and asked them to give a big round of applause for Kimmel for being a "big loser." Especially since he was going to have to stand up on the stage and host despite losing his category.

Damon told Kimmel he'd see him at the Emmys after-party. Kimmel quickly asked back, "What after-party?" implying that he wasn't invited.

At that point, Kimmel all but kicked Damon off the stage -- and Damon, who was munching on an apple throughout the skit, started to walk away and said to Kimmel "Tell your mom, I like them apples"

Mic, drop.
