'America's Got Talent' finale: Watch Tape Face put a toilet seat on Mel B

America's Got Talent finalist Tape Face got the last laugh on the show's Tuesday night finale when he strategically placed a toilet seat on judge Mel B's head in what was one the nuttiest moments of the season.

"What in the bloody hell was that?" exclaimed judge Simon Cowell, who said it was one of the Spice Girl's best performances ever.

Tape Face (real name: Sam Willis) is a mime from New Zealand, now based in London. He never speaks -- his mouth is always strategically covered with black masking tape-- and his crazy act has gained a huge following amongst AGT voters, who propelled him to the finale.

In a performance that needs to be seen to be believed, Tape Face blasted "The William Tell Overture" as he held two horse puppets in a race to the finish line. He then beckoned the confused judge to join the act -- tossing a potty seat over her head, sticking her with a plunger, then stretching toilet paper from her midsection as she scowled at being used as one of his props.

"I was already laughing," she said afterward. "I don't know what you needed me for."

America's Got Talent crowns a winner Wednesday night on NBC.
