RuPaul makes Emmys history as the first person to say 'enema' during his acceptance speech

RuPaul got himself a little slice of herstory Sunday night when he won the Emmy for Outstanding Host of a Reality Series for RuPaul's Drag Race. In a wide-ranging interview before the Emmy nominations were announced, RuPaul gave Vulture the now-infamous quote that he could care less about mainstream awards recognition: "I'd rather have an enema than an Emmy." In a video shot by RuPaul's best squirrel friend, Michelle Visage, RuPaul accepts his Emmy and also acknowledges that Emmys and enemas are not mutually exclusive. Condragulations, RuPaul.
