The first thing Amber Rose says to you, upon hearing your first name: "That's the street I live on as well. And that's my best friend's name."

In photos, she's oozing attitude, but Rose is loquacious and warm during an interview. She's just launched a management company, she's got a talk show, there's hoofing on season 23 of "Dancing with the Stars" and oh, yeah, she's got one of fall's most-anticipated beauty launches, Flirt Cosmetics. The cool brand, which has illustrator Donald Robertson as its creative director, is releasing Flirt Flashes, a false lash applicator. (See our interview with Robertson above).

"They reached out to me. They loved my look and my buzz-cut and my tattoos and said that I was the girl they'd been looking for. I was like, 'Really?' They love my slut walk and everything that I'm about. They embraced me as a whole. We started working together," she says.

As for the hype surrounding the product, Rose is keeping her cool. "I never expect anything. I just hope for the best. Everyone is talking about it in the beauty world so I'm excited."

In real life, she's not product-crazed.

"I'm maybe a 7 out of 10. Not super crazy. I like to stick to something I really like until I find something better. Once I find that one thing, I'm stuck on it for a while. As far as cleansers, I like the Chanel brightening cleanser. I have the whole kit. After I had my son, I have a lot of freckles and they came together when I was pregnant; same thing happened to my cousin and my mom and aunt. Brightening cream really helps, from Chanel," says Rose, who has son Sebastian Taylor Thomaz, 3, with her ex, Wiz Khalifa.

She says the key to happiness is staying busy and engaged. Hence, her many endeavors.

"I really love being an entrepreneur. I get bored easily. I love having a million different jobs. I'm always busy and it's fun. It's very important to be happy at your job. So that's why I get my hands into everything. It just makes me happy. The management company – I just signed my first model and she comes from where I come from. A lot of girls get labeled as Instagram models and it's complete (nonsense). Social media is a place where you can start your own business. She's my first girl. Hopefully she becomes bigger than me. I'm really in it to change lives," says Rose.

When she's home with her son, she keeps it easy and simple.

"I don't live my life for the paparazzi and the celebrity side of it. I'll go out with a washed face, nothing on, throw on a little sundress and take my son to the park. I'm not one of those girls who need a full moment to take my baby out. I'm out with my kid. I don't need to have on heels. It takes five minutes. Get out of the shower, throw on a dress and take my baby out," she says.
