Beyoncé brings Blue Ivy as her date to the 2016 MTV VMAs along with a squad to rival Taylor Swift's
Beyoncé came to slay once again at the 2016 VMAs!
The singer showed up relatively early to MTV's premiere award show on Sunday night at Madison Square Garden and brought her adorable daughter, Blue Ivy, as her date.

Beyoncé wore a sheer, subdued mint gown with feathered wings coming out of her shoulders. The sleek, column gown sparkled as she made her way down the carpet. She pulled her hair back into a pretty updo and added a touch of glam with a set of emerald drop earrings. For her part, Blue Ivy, rocked a chic copper-colored mini gown with a huge tulle tutu. She polished off her pretty fairtyale style with gorgeous long braids and a diamond tiara.

The singer also showed up with a squad that rivals Taylor Swift's infamous "Bad Blood" squad from last year's ceremony, which included Hailee Steinfeld, Gigi Hadid and Martha Hunt. Beyoncé's squad featured Quvenzhané Wallis, Winnie Harlow, Halle and Chloe and more.
Beyoncé is the most nominated act at this year's ceremony, with her much-acclaimed visual album, Lemonade, garnering the singer 11 nominations.
Earlier on Sunday, it was revealed that she was going to perform at some point during the show.
