Bella Thorne came out as bisexual on Tuesday (Aug. 23) while answering a fan question on Twitter.

Speculation grew among Thorne's fans about whether the star was bisexual after a photo surfaced of the 18-year-old kissing another girl this month. The actress responded to a fan on Twitter who asked "are you bisexual?" with a simple "Yes."

The actress/singer -- who broke out on Disney Channel's Shake It Up and has appeared on MTV's Scream: The TV Series and the 2015 movie The DUFF -- was filled with gratitude after fans responded to the news with nothing but love and support. "Aww thank you for all the accepting tweets from everyone," said Thorne. "I love you guys #pride."
