First editions of "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" could fetch you thousands of dollars thanks to a certain typo in the book. As reported by The Independent, the error takes place on page 53 (sadly not 394 because that would have been too good) in which the phrase "1 wand" is repeated twice in a list supplies first-year wizards are expected to bring with them to Hogwarts.

The book, which is up for auction London's Bonhams Fine Books and Manuscripts in November, is expected to bring in more than $33,000! Matthew Haley, Head of Books and Manuscripts at Bonham's, is excited about the prospect, and spoke to The Independent about the book.
