Fab or flop: Kelly Osbourne's floral dress, Diane Kruger's lace skirt and more

Kelly Osbourne should take some of her own advice. The former "Fashion Police" co-host looked totally outlandish this week in a tent-like high-low dress in a loud, floral print. A baseball jacket, purple topknot and studded heels also clashed with the look.

Osbourne wasn't the only one to turn heads for the wrong reasons this week. Diane Kruger also missed the mark in an oversized blue buttondown tucked into a totally sheer lace skirt and a completely mismatched pink souvenir jacket to top it all off.

Where Osbourne and Kruger flopped, other stars kept things simple in winning styles. Stephanie Pratt stunned in a gorgeous printed midi dress -- but let the frock shine with minimal accessories. Alessandra Ambrosio also wowed in a sexy black striped two-piece ensemble with culotte pants and a spaghetti strap crop top. Sky-high leather sandals and a pendant necklace completed her hot look.
