Khloe Kardashian reveals her high-calorie cheat day menu -- McDonald's, cake and chicken fingers!
Khloe Kardashian doesn't mess around when it comes to her cheat days.
The 32-year-old reality star is committed to her fitness and diet regimens, but every now and then, she indulges in a big way. Khloe shared her "cheat day food diary" on her website on Thursday, and admitted that "treat day gets a little crazy."
"This was definitely one of those days, LOL. Kim [Kardashian West], the kids and I drove down to San Diego for MJ's store opening party together and I went HAM!!" she quipped.
And "HAM" she went!! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star revealed she had a McDonald's Egg McMuffin for breakfast along with four, yes four, hash browns. That adds up to a whopping 890 calories.

By the time she got to San Diego, Khloe was ready to dine on chicken fingers for lunch.
That night, she celebrated her grandmother Mary Jo Campbell's birthday with her family, and helped herself to some birthday cake. Khloe -- who donned a skintight style to the dinner -- also dined on fried avocado and almond-crusted halibut.
In addition to all this, she rounded out her day with a chocolate bar. "I told you this was my treat day!" Khloe joked.
While she appears to have thoroughly enjoyed herself, we're not sure Khloe's trainer, Gunnar Peterson, would approve of an entire day of eating unhealthy. "You'll get a cheat meal, no question. It's not a cheat day," he told ET. "Every day I indulge with something because if I feel restricted, I'm gonna lash out."
Back in May, Khloe and sister Kourtney Kardashian had a lavish cheat meal on a private jet. This time, they opted for a Popeyes' chicken and biscuits.
