Alanis Morissette announced on Instagram Friday that she'd given birth to her second child, a daughter named Onxy Solace Morissette-Treadway.

The baby was actually born late last month, which Morissette revealed with a precious breastfeeding photo of the newborn. "She's here! onyx solace morissette-treadway June 23 2016 #beyondblessed," she wrote.

Morissette and her husband, 36-year-old rapper Mario "Souleye" Treadway, kept the baby's birth quiet for a couple of weeks, but the GRAMMY winner may have dropped a hint by sharing a stunning underwater pregnancy pic on Instagram last week.

The photo also includes a quote from the couple's 5 year-old son, Ever Imre Morissette-Treadway: "You have to be extra gentle around ladies because they are the most helpful people in the world 'cause they make persons."
