Check out what Russell and Audrey Griswold from 'Vacation' look like now!

When it comes to comedies, there are few that actually meet the standards of basic belly laughter and hilarious wit.

In the recent years, movies like "Bridesmaids," "Ted," and "Knocked Up," have reigned supreme when it comes to straight comedy gold. However, the '80s were the decade to beat. 30 years ago, we were blessed with movies like "Caddyshack," "Ghostbusters," and "Police Academy."

However, one of our absolute, tried and true favorites was the brilliant National Lampoon's "Vacation."

The OG "Vacation" told the story of the Griswold family as they drove cross-country to visit the famed Wally World amusement park. Thankfully, "Vacation" spun off to the equally hilarious "European Vacation," and holiday staple, "Christmas Vacation."

While stars Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo have stayed in the spotlight all these years, we were curious what their kids, Russell and Audrey have been up to!

You've most definitely noticed '80s staple Anthony Michael Hall, who played Russell. Hall had quite the resume post "Vacation" life in films like "Weird Science," "Sixteen Candles," and "The Breakfast Club."

As of late, Hall has stayed very busy, having appeared in TV show's like "Psych" and "Awkward," along with a few film projects, the latest being Brad Pitt's "War Machine."

You probably also remember Audrey Griswold, played by Dana Barron, who back in the day, starred in "Beverly Hills: 90210," as Nikki Witt.

Barron has also stayed pretty busy, having appeared in TV shows like "The Magnificent Seven," the TV movie, "Christmas Vacation 2: Cousin Eddie's Island Adventure," and most recently, the TV movie, "Snow Bride."

Needless to say, we got a strong urge to have to binge watch all the National Lampoon movies.
