The best photos from the week in sports: 1/13 - 1/20

The NFL playoffs have taken center stage in the sports world over the past two weeks, and deservedly so -- in one of the best elimination games in recent memory, the Green Bay Packers knocked off the Dallas Cowboys in the final seconds to earn the right to play the Atlanta Falcons for a spot in the Super Bowl.

In the AFC, the New England Patriots predictably knocked out the Houston Texans and will host the Pittsburgh Steelers in Sunday night's championship game.

Elsewhere in the sports world, there was plenty of action for tennis fans as the world's elite continue to participate in the Australian Open.

Of course, we also saw a surfing dog, and we're not sure why we're surprised by anything anymore.
