First lady Michelle Obama shares video of final stroll through White House

First lady Michelle Obama took one last stroll through the White House on Wednesday, saying goodbye to the historic building she has called home for the past eight years.

With just two days left to roam the halls of the People's House, FLOTUS grabbed dogs Sunny and Bo as she bid farewell to the space she raised her two children in and created a lasting legacy as one of the most prominent first ladies in U.S. history.

"Taking it in on one last walk through the People's House," Obama wrote in her Instagram post on Wednesday afternoon.

The Chicago native and her family will move to a house in Washington after President Barack Obama leaves office this week. The family has said they will stay in Washington at least until daughter Sasha finishes high school.

President-elect Trump will be moved into the White House in reportedly chaotic fashion after his inauguration on Friday afternoon.
