Miley Cyrus professes her love for 'favorite being' Liam Hemsworth on Instagram

Miley Cyrus wished her "favorite being" Liam Hemsworth a happy birthday on Instagram on Friday, and she couldn't help but profess her love for him in the process.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer shared a hilarious selfie of the couple together that shows her sticking her tongue out and Hemsworth winking and pointing his finger at the camera.

"Happiest birthday EVER to my favorite being EVER EVER EVER," she captioned the silly selfie. "You have been my best friend since the day we met..... I am beyond lucky to share sooooo animals with you!!! 🐷🦄🐶😻🐣 I love you @liamhemsworth"

The is the second time in 2017 that Cyrus has posted a photo directly acknowledging her relationship with the "Hunger Games" actor, which is something that she hadn't previously done since they rekindled their romance in 2015. (They had previously dated from 2010 until 2013, before breaking off their engagement.)

The stars rang in the new year with a PDA-filled snap of them making out in front of a "Happy New Year" sign, which was perhaps the most affection they've shown in public in years.
