Year in review: Kate Middleton's style of 2016

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, is a style icon for a variety of reasons: She's young, beautiful, fashionable, and well, ridiculously famous. When the world is watching every time you take a step outdoors, you'll want to make sure you have a killer wardrobe to keep the style watchers satisfied, and Kate's definitely done just that.

She's the queen of mixing high and low (pun totally intended), and often pairs something like a Zara jacket with a Dolce & Gabbana dress. Needless to say, she wears a lot of extremely expensive designer items, oftentimes bespoke, but she's also a big fan of finding a fashion steal.
