Disturbing video of Trump supporter attacking Starbucks employees goes viral

Since Election Day, hate crimes have been on the rise in the United States. The Southern Poverty Law Center reported that over 400 cases of harassment have been reported, many of which directly referencing President-elect Donald Trump's campaign.

Twitter user Jorge de Cárdenas shared a video of one aggressive incident in Miami:

According to de Cárdenas, a man attacked Starbucks baristas because his coffee took too long. The almost two-minute video shows the man lash out against staff.

De Cárdenas spoke to the Miami New Times about the incident. "He said it was 'anti-white discrimination,'" he said, "so he started disparaging the staff."

He continued, "One patron called him an a------, so he said, 'F--- you, b----.' That's when I started filming."

The man called one female cashier "trash." He went on, "Cause I voted for Trump. Trump. You lost, now give me my money back. You're garbage. You're complete trash."

He then demanded to know the employees' names to report them to Starbucks.

Another Starbucks customer came to the cashier's aid, saying that he can't say those things to other people. De Cárdenas said that the two "almost came to blows."

The video went viral on Twitter, generating thousands of retweets.
