Kevin Love is an expert troll, models '3-in-1' parka

Ever since that fateful day last June when the Cleveland Cavaliers did the impossible and finished their historic comeback at the expense of the 73-win Golden State Warriors, the Internet has gotten great joy and innumerable laughs out of a simple memetic joke: Remember when the Warriors blew a 3-1 lead in the Finals?

It was always a fun joke to make. The more tired it got, the more it amused me. I never wanted it to end. When it turned out that LeBron James had a "3-1 lead" joke as the theme of his Halloween party, I was ecstatic.

But then the Cleveland baseball team blew a 3-1 lead in the World Series, and for a moment it felt like the joke had to die. Hell, I declared it dead that night:

But that was so short-sighted of me. The Cleveland baseball team, though loved by many of the same fans as the Cavs, myself included, can't cost a basketball team their proper claim on a beautiful and hilarious joke. And I was reminded as much by rejuvenated star-power forward and ridiculously good-looking man Kevin Love. You see, Love is the face of Banana Republic and models for the brand quite a bit, and yesterday they posted a photo on Instagram of Love in a...funny kind of jacket.

3-1 jokes forever.
