Julie Bowen addresses rumors that she has a beef with 'Modern Family' co-star Sofia Vergara

Julie Bowen say there's no iceberg between her and "Modern Family" co-star, Sofia Vergara.

The 46-year-old actress, who stars as Claire Dunphy on the hit show, was rumored to have been "icy" on set to her longtime co-star, Vergara, because she was "jealous of her fame" -- and now she's setting the record straight.

Bowen sat down with Ellen DeGeneres on her show and said that there's no bad blood between her and Sofia.

"Every night I get a call or email that says, 'So-and-so trash mag will be running a story that you are icy to Sofía Vergara because you are jealous of her fame. So I email her last night and then we talk and I'm like, 'What should I say?' because we're friends."

In fact, they're such close pals that Vergara even let her borrow a blouse for her appearance on DeGeneres' show.

The ice-blue (nice timing!), one-shoulder blouse that Bowen was wearing on the talk show was actually from Vergara's closet.

Julie continued (in her co-star's signature Colombian accent), "[Sofia] goes, 'Ay, please. Just borrow my blouse!' So I'm borrowing her blouse."

Bowen says that the Internet has a lot to do with their supposed beef.

"You don't have to have the truth anymore; you just have to have the internet. You can just make up anything. I'm an alien. You're a two-headed cat from outer space," she explained.

So there you have it folks, all is right in the world and Julie and Sofia are still friends.
