Watch Live: Suffragette Susan B. Anthony's grave draws Election Day crowd
As voters turn out across the country at polls today, a line has formed in a place you wouldn't usually expect on Election Day -- a cemetery.
People are making their way to Mt. Hope Cemetery in Rochester, N.Y., to pay respect at the gravesite of women's voting rights activist and National American Woman Suffrage Association co-founder, Susan B. Anthony.

Susan B. Anthony was a pioneer of women's rights in America, and was once arrested for illegally casting a ballot in the presidential election. Over a century later, this Election Day could potentially mark the moment the U.S. elected its first woman president in history.
Acknowledging this momentous occasion, Mt. Hope Cemetery will extend its hours and keep gates open until voting closes on election night.
People are already lining up to lay their "I Voted" stickers at Ms. Anthony's grave.

As GOP candidate Donald Trump and his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton close out a contentious campaign season, Rochester mayor Lovely A. Warren says visiting Anthony's gravesite has become "an Election Day rite of passage for many citizens in Rochester and with this year's historically significant election."
"...I can imagine she would have wanted to be a part of the significant history this year's election holds for women," said Mayor Warren in a press release. "It's only proper that we invite Ms. Anthony to be a part of this important moment."
