This major company will pay you not to use your Apple MacBook

One company wants you to ditch your Macbook so badly, it's willing to pay you to do it! For just a couple of weeks, Microsoft is offering Apple customers the ultimate trade-in program. In an effort to get people to give up the tried and true Macbook, Apple users can exchange their laptops for credit towards a new Microsoft Surface Book or Surface Pro.

Microsoft is accepting a variety of models and, depending on which Macbook you turn in, you could get up to $650 off! That's enough money to entice even the biggest Apple loyalist!

The process is pretty simple. First, visit the Microsoft website to determine the trade in-value of your Macbook and then just hand over your machine, wiped of any memory of course.

Then Microsoft will send you an email containing a promo code that you'll use at checkout when you're buying your new Microsoft laptop.

Microsoft's war against Apple has already included a buy-back program for iPads and iPhones, hoping to get customers into Windows based products. The Macbook is just another frontier for these computer giants to battle over.

Trade-ins have happened with cars and cell phones for years. It's about time computers joined in!
