This dog meeting a human dressed as her favorite toy is the best thing you'll see today, maybe ever

Dreams really do come true -- at least, if you're this lucky dog!

Emily Crisp, a native Californian and training technician at Guide Dogs for the Blind, decided to surprise her beloved dog Jolene by dressing up her boyfriend, Ben Mesches, as her favorite Gumby toy.

What happens next is just tear-jerkingly, so-cute-it-is-actually-painfully-adorable, dogs-are-so-wonderful magic.

Jolene is so shocked and happy to see the real-life Gumby that she has a full-on meltdown, crying and jumping all over her beloved human toy.

It's seriously the most beautiful union we've ever seen.
