NBA Power Rankings 1.0: Warriors, Cavs destined for a Finals rematch

After a long and eventful offseason, the NBA season is set to open back up on Tuesday night in Cleveland where the Cavaliers will receive their championship rings and begin their title defense against the New York Knicks.

Much has changed around the league, though, since the Cavs completed their comeback back in June. Several difference-makers have changed sides, and a number of new teams are looking to join the list of competitors in 2017 -- while a few are destined to fall from grace.

We ranked all 30 teams ahead of Tuesday's opener, and will continue to do so every week over the course of the season.
